• Virtual booth features
  1. Exhibitor’s data shall be made available for a time of 12-month/1 year.
  2. AI powered smart & manual matchmaking shall be realized with exhibitors and potential alliances, located all over the globe.
  3. Insertion of exhibitor’s backdrop image & promotional videos (limited to 10Mb) on virtual stall.
  4. Inclusion of Exhibitor logo on virtual stall.
  5. Inclusion of exhibitor product & service into a virtual stall.
  6. Informative & promotional resources link integration, limited to 8, into a virtual stall. See below; the type of labels in relation to the number of links integration distribution for each exhibitor.

  7. Access to virtual visitors profile and traffic data’s shall be made available to each exhibitor every month.
  8. Each exhibitor shall be allowed to set-up meetings, manage client requests, and organize workshops via the virtual stall. The duration is limited in respect to exhibitor participation category.
  9. Access to live streaming, live chat/live video calls during the live show of the event, from April 27/2022 – May 1/2022, 5 days. Each exhibitor shall provide the links of event to the organizer.
  10. Access to an instant email notification for each interaction (meetings, connect request, RFQ etc.), are part of valuable services the virtual stall offers for each exhibitors.
  11. An opportunity to build professional ties among local & global exhibitors shall be made possible through Back to School Ethiopia Virtual Coffee night.
  12. Access for external visitors engagement opportunity with pre-invitation & inquiries.
  13. Insertion of simulated game mechanics & competitions in the virtual stall to maximize visitor’s engagement along side of the event. The activity shall be availed for the public 2 or 3 times per month.

  Caveats:

  When a need to update and/or change exhibitor information’s arises, our team is glad to serve each exhibitor requests as it happens. Kindly note; we have a variety of service packages available, monthly & annual, with smart installment plans.

• Hybrid booth features
  1. A slot on the monthly digital bulletin shall be made available to each exhibitor for a period of 12-month or 1 year.
  2. We shall make available 1 voice podcast of each exhibitor on the virtual stall.
  3. Joint social media & website promotion on  Back to School Ethiopia official channels.
  4. Live interview sessions shall be arranged for each exhibitor with event official media partner within the five days of the event.
  5. Free access to participate on all onsite & virtual workshops/conferences during the five days of the event.
  6. A joint Certificate of acknowledgment to be granted on the closing ceremony of the event.
  7. Access to an automatic discount privileges on the Back to School Virtual De ‘tour Africa Expo, 5^th The virtual tour touches 10 countries from the continent of Africa.
